Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein G purified
Western blot (5 - 10 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
sPLA2 antibody was raised against hPLC-purified human sperm phospholipase A2 (PLA2).
Recognizes human type II secretory PLA2 at 14kD. Recognizes PLA2 in sperm, disc and synovial fluid.
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 5-10 ug/ml detects 10 ng PLA2 under non-reducing conditions. Human synovial PLA2 was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-PLA2, secretory (5 ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. ELISA: 1:300 detects 3-28 ng PLA2.
0.1 M Tris-glycine, pH 7.4, 0.15 M sodium chloride, 0.05% sodium azide.
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
