Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Rabbit Polyclonal to Human Coronavirus OC43 Spike Glycoprotein
Human Coronavirus OC43
IHC - Paraffin, Western blot, Immunoprecipitation, ELISA
Rabbit Polyclonal to SARS Coronavirus Spike Glycoprotein
SARS Coronavirus Spike Glycoprotein
SARS Coronavirus (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Specificity and Use
Synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within the amino terminus of the SARS Spike protein.
Recognizes the SARS (Severe acute respiratory syndrome) Spike glycoprotein. The Spike protein is a 1242 amino acid ~135 kD single pass type I transmembrane membrane protein and functions in adhesion to host cells, where it binds to Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2. The amino terminal region folds to a globular shape, forming the characteristic spike structure and contains the binding site for ACE2.
PBS, 0.02% sodium azide.
Short term: 4°C. Long term: Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
