A 17 AA synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of human SPATA3. The immunogen is located within the last 50 AA of SPATA3.
Specificity
At least three isoforms of SPATA3 are known to exist; this antibody will detect only the longest two isoforms. SPATA3 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with SPATA protein family members

Usage
SPATA3 antibody can be used for detection of SPATA3 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 2.5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples; Immunohistochemistry in mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 21 kDa Observed: 26 kDa
