Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
SP140 Antibody, Nuclear autoantigen Sp-140 Antibody, Speckled 140 kDa Antibody, LYSP100 Antibody, SP140 nuclear body protein Antibody, LYSP100-A Antibody, LYSP100-B Antibody, Nuclear body protein SP140 Antibody
Component of the nuclear body, also known as nuclear domain 10, PML oncogenic domain, and KR body. May be involved in the pathogenesis of acute promyelocytic leukemia and viral infection. May play a role in chromatin-mediated regulation of gene expression although it doesn't bind to histone H3 tails.
SP140 Antibody immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.
Fluorescent confocal image of HeLa cell stained with SP140 Antibody. HeLa cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.1%, 10 min), then incubated with SP140 primary antibody (1:25, 1 h at 37°C). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:400, 50 min at 37°C). Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor 555 (red) conjugated Phalloidin (7units/ml, 1 h at 37°C). Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue) (10 ug/ml, 10 min). SP140 immunoreactivity is localized to Cytoplasm and Nucleus significantly.
SP140 Antibody western blot of HL-60 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). The SP140 antibody detected the SP140 protein (arrow).
