An 18 AA synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of human SPATA1. The immunogen is located within aa 300-350 of SPATA1.
Specificity
At least two isoforms of SPATA1 are known to exist; this antibody will detect only the longest isoforms. SPATA1 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other SPATA family members.

Usage
SPATA1 antibody can be used for detection of SPATA1 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 2.5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples; Immunohistochemistry in mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot:
