Specificity
SOX17 antibody is human, mouse and rat reactive. SOX17 is predicted to not cross-react with other SOX proteins.

- Western blot (0.5 - 1 µg/ml)

Usage
SOX17 antibody can be used for detection of SOX17 by Western blot at 0.5 - 1 ug/ml. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples and Immunofluorescence in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 46 kDa Observed: 42 kDa
