Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Applications: Immunofluorescence, Western blot, ELISA
Human Colon, Submucosal Plexus: Formalin-Fixed, Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE), at a dilution of 1:100.
Species: Human, Mouse
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Western blot, Immunoprecipitation
Immunohistochemistry Dilution at 1:400 and staining in paraffin-embedded human placenta tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal Goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated Secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
Species: Human
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Immunofluorescence, Western blot, ELISA

SOS1 antibody was raised against kLH-conjugated, synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1243-1258 (KKSDHGNAFFPNSPSP) of murine Son of Sevenless Homolog 1 Protein (SOS 1). The immunizing sequence is identical in human. Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset, Mouse, Elephant, Panda, Dog, Horse, Rabbit (100%); Bovine, Bat, Pig (94%); Opossum (88%).
Recognizes SOS 1, Mr 175kD. Species cross-reactivity: Mouse and human. Other species not tested.
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 0.5-1 ug/ml. Immunoprecipitation: 5 ug. Positive control: F4209: Fibroblast Cell, 3T3/A31. Add 2.5 ul of 2-mercaptoethanol/100 ul of lysate and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation. Load 20 ug of reduced lysate per lane for minigels.
0.1 M Tris, pH 8.0, 0.15 M sodium chloride, 0.1 mM EDTA, 0.05% sodium azide, 30% glycerol.
Store at 4°C or -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
