Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
SNRPB Antibody, B polypeptide of Sm protein Antibody, COD Antibody, Sm protein B/B Antibody, SnRNP-B Antibody, Sm-B/B Antibody, Sm-B/B' Antibody, Sm-B/Sm-B Antibody, SmB/B Antibody, SmB/SmB Antibody, SNRPB1 Antibody, SmB/B' Antibody, SmB/SmB' Antibody
Core component of the spliceosomal U1, U2, U4 and U5 small nuclear ribonucleoproteins (snRNPs), the building blocks of the spliceosome. Thereby, plays an important role in the splicing of cellular pre-mRNAs. Most spliceosomal snRNPs contain a common set of Sm proteins SNRPB, SNRPD1, SNRPD2, SNRPD3, SNRPE, SNRPF and SNRPG that assemble in an heptameric protein ring on the Sm site of the small nuclear RNA to form the core snRNP. As part of the U7 snRNP it is involved in histone 3'-end processing.
Western blot of SNRPB Antibody (N-term R49) in T47D cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). SNRPB (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
SNRPB Antibody (N-term R49) flow cytometry of MCF-7 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
