Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10000 detects Synuclein recombinant protein. b-Synuclein recombinant protein was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-b-Synuclein (1:5000 dilution). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Detects b-Synuclein in high salt extracts of normal human temporal cortex, mouse brain, and rat brain.
