Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Immunohistochemical analysis of SMYD1 staining in rat kidney formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.

SMYD1 Antibody, BOP Antibody, KMT3D Antibody, ZMYND22 Antibody, ZMYND18 Antibody, CD8 beta opposite Antibody

Methylates histone H3 at 'Lys-4' (H3K4me), seems able to perform both mono-, di-, and trimethylation. Acts as a transcriptional repressor. Essential for cardiomyocyte differentiation and cardiac morphogenesis.

Western blot

SMYD1 Antibody western blot of HeLa cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). The SMYD1 antibody detected the SMYD1 protein (arrow).
