Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Specificity and Use
SLC9A3R2 / SIP1 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide C-DLPGSDKDTEESGLH from an internal region of human SLC9A3R2 (NP_004776.3). Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human (100%), Panda (93%).
LS-E25969 - Lyophilized - 100 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-C55175. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
SLC9A3R2 / SIP1 is a member of the NHERF family of PDZ scaffolding proteins. These proteins mediate many cellular processes by binding to and regulating the membrane expression and protein-protein interactions of membrane receptors and transport proteins. The encoded protein plays a role in intestinal sodium absorption by regulating the activity of the sodium/hydrogen exchanger 3, and may also regulate the cystic fibrosis transmembrane regulator (CFTR) ion channel.
