Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: Detects band of 80kD (rabbit) and ~83kD (rat). Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): Rat PLP or paraformaldehyde fixed tissue. Immunoprecipitation: Non-ionic detergent.
