A 22 AA peptide within the cytoplasmic, C-Terminus domain of the rat NHE1 (1) was used selected for antibody production.

Specificity
The sequence shows 95% homology with human, mouse, bovine, porcine and rabbit and 90% with the hamster NHE1. No significant sequence homology exist with other NHE isoforms (NHE2-5). Actual cross-reactivity of antibodies in various species is not established.

- Western blot (1:1000 - 1:5000)
- ELISA (1:10000 - 1:50000)
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 using Chemiluminescence technique. A band of 95-110kD has been detected in brush border membrane.
