SLC6A6 / Taurine Transporter antibody was raised against synthetic peptide consisting of 20aa peptide near the carboxy terminal cytoplasmic region of rat TAU-1.
Recognizes rat Tau1. Species sequence homology: Immunizing peptide is 100% conserved in mouse, 90% in human and canine and 78% in bovine.
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of control peptide/well. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml (ECL). Immunohistochemistry: 2-20 ug/ml. Immunofluorescence: 2-20 ug/ml.
