Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000. Antibody activity may be reduced considerably when detecting endogenous SERT from rat or human cells. SERT has been observed to migrate as 94kD (rat platelet), 80kD (pulmonary membranes), and 76kD (rat brain). This could be due to differences in post translational modifications (e. g., glycosylation). ELISA: 1:10000-1:50000 using 50-100 ng SERT control peptide/well.
