Usage
Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:750 on 4% paraformaldehyde fixed tissue. It is recommended that the antibody is diluted in PBS containing 10% normal goat serum and 0.5% Triton X-100. Light microscopic studies of the rat nervous system. Western blot: It has been reported that this antibody works for Western blot.
