Specificity
The immunogenic peptide sequence shows 89% homology to mouse and 74% to human BGT-1. The peptide shows no significant homology with other known proteins. The BGT-1 antibody cross-reactivity in other species is not known. The appropriate control immunogenic peptides are also available to confirm specificity of antibodies.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml using ECL. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of control peptide/well.
