A 14 AA synthetic peptide near the N-Terminus of human ZIP13. The immunogen is located within aa 150-200 of ZIP13.
Specificity
At least two isoforms of ZIP13 are known to exist; this antibody will detect both isoforms. ZIP13 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other ZIP family members.

Usage
ZIP13 antibody can be used for detection of ZIP13 by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 2.5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot:
