Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml. Control peptide can be used to coat ELISA plates at 1 ug/ml. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml using Chemiluminescence technique. Major band ~53-61kD. Immunohistochemistry: 2-10 ug/ml.
