Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 60kD band observed in Human Brain (Frontal Cortex) lysates (calculated MW of 59.6kD according to NP_004163.3). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 ug/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 22kD. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
