Recognizes human Monocarboxylate Transporter 5 (MCT5/MOT5). The immunogen shows no significant sequence homology with other MCT.

- Western blot (1 - 5 µg/ml)
- ELISA (1:10000 - 1:100000)
Usage
Western blot: 1-5 ug/ml using ECL. Immunohistochemistry: not tested. It is recommended that the antibody be tried at 5-10 ug/ml on paraformaldehyde fixed tissue. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng control peptide per well.

Reconstitute in sterile PBS.
Storage
