Recognizes rat sodium, potassium, chloride cotransporter 1 (NKCC1, BSC2, CCC1). The immunogen shows no significant sequence homology with other CCC. Species sequence homology: 95% mouse, 86% human, and 82% bovine.

- ELISA (1:10000 - 1:50000)
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 ug/ml using ECL. ELISA: 1:10000-1:50000 using 1 ug/ml N2800A control peptide per well.
