  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

SLAMF7 / CRACC antibody was raised against purified, CHO-derived, recombinant mouse CRACC (rmCRACC; aa 22 - 224; Accession# Q8BHK6).
Recognizes mouse CRACC. In direct ELISAs, this antibody shows no cross-reactivity with rhCRACC, rmCD229, rmCD84, or rmNTB-A.
Suitable for use in Western blot: 2 ug/ml. Lysates were prepared from mouse thymus extract in reducing sample buffer, resolved by SDS-PAGE (30 ug total protein/lane), and transferred to an Immobilon-P membrane. Use of this antibody under non-reducing conditions is not recommended. The blot was developed with 2 ug/ml antibody and chemiluminescent detection substrate.

Lyophilized from sterile-filtered PBS, 5% trehalose
Reconstitute with 200 ul sterile PBS.
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 1 year at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 1 year at -20°C.
