Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western blot: Approx 30kD band observed in Mouse Heart lysates (calculated MW of 28.8kD according to NP_071878.2). Recommended concentration: 1-3 ug/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 15kD. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
