Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

SIP / TP53INP1 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide mapping to the N-terminus of human p53DINP1.
N-Terminus
The antibody detects the 27 kD p53DINP1-alpha in human, mouse, and rat samples. A lower band (~18 kD) which represents the p53DINP1-beta was also detected in certain tissue and cells.

Packaging

About SIP / TP53INP1

Q96A56 NM_033285 NP_150601.1

TP53INP1 Antibody, p53DINP1 Antibody, SIP Antibody, Teap Antibody, TP53DINP1 Antibody, TP53INP1A Antibody, p53-inducible p53DINP1 Antibody, Stress-induced protein Antibody, TP53INP1B Antibody

Antiproliferative and proapoptotic protein involved in cell stress response which acts as a dual regulator of transcription and autophagy. Acts as a positive regulator of autophagy. In response to cellular stress or activation of autophagy, relocates to autophagosomes where it interacts with autophagosome-associated proteins GABARAP, GABARAPL1/L2, MAP1LC3A/B/C and regulates autophagy. Acts as an antioxidant and plays a major role in p53/TP53-driven oxidative stress response.
