  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About SIP / TP53INP1

Q96A56 NM_033285 NP_150601.1

TP53INP1 Antibody, p53DINP1 Antibody, SIP Antibody, Teap Antibody, TP53DINP1 Antibody, TP53INP1A Antibody, p53-inducible p53DINP1 Antibody, Stress-induced protein Antibody, TP53INP1B Antibody

Antiproliferative and proapoptotic protein involved in cell stress response which acts as a dual regulator of transcription and autophagy. Acts as a positive regulator of autophagy. In response to cellular stress or activation of autophagy, relocates to autophagosomes where it interacts with autophagosome-associated proteins GABARAP, GABARAPL1/L2, MAP1LC3A/B/C and regulates autophagy. Acts as an antioxidant and plays a major role in p53/TP53-driven oxidative stress response.

TP53INP1 Antibody immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of lysate from human skeletal muscle tissue lysate, using TP53INP1 Antibody. Antibody was diluted at 1:1000. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 20ug.

Western blot

Western blot
TP53INP1 Antibody western blot of SK-BR-3 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). The TP53INP1 antibody detected the TP53INP1 protein (arrow).
