Recognizes the N-terminal peptide of human (aa24-197) and mouse (aa25-198) Shh. Cross-reactivity: N-terminal peptides of recombinant mouse Dhh (aa23-198) and rmIhh (aa66-240). No cross-reactivity with the C-terminal peptides from rmShh (aa199-437), rmDhh (aa199-396), or rmIhh (aa241-449).
