Recognizes mouse Shh C-terminal peptide. In direct ELISA, does not cross-react with rmDhh C- or N-terminal peptides, rmIhh C- or N-terminal peptides, rhShh N-terminal peptide or rmShh N-terminal peptide.

Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Shh C-terminal peptide. The detection limit for rmShh C-terminal peptide is approximately 1 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Shh C-terminal peptide. The detection limit for recombinant mouse Shh C-terminal peptide is approximately 0.5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
