Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 4 ug Immunoprecipitates SGK1 from 500 ug of Rat 2 lysate.
