Usage
Suitable for use in Direct ELISA and Western Blot. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml. Detection limit for rhsFRP-4 is ~2 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Detection limit for rhsFRP-4 is ~20 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
