SFRP-3 / FRZB antibody was raised against nS0-derived rhsFRP-3.
Recognizes human sFRP-3. Species cross-reactivity: Mouse.
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Used with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human and mouse sFRP-3. The detection limit for rhsFRP-3 and rmsFRP-3 is 5 ng/lane and 50 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively.
