Usage
ICC: HeLa. Flo: Jurkat cells. IF: HeLa Cells. WB: Recombinant SET7/9 was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with Mouse Anti-SET 7/9. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a ECL detection system.
