Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
IHC - Paraffin, Western blot, Flow Cytometry, ELISA
Human SET7 + SET9
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein G purified
IHC - Paraffin (10 µg/ml)
Western blot (1:1000 - 1:2000)
Flow Cytometry (2 - 5 µg/10E6 cells)
Specificity and Use
SET7 + SET9 antibody was raised against recombinant human SET 7/9.
Recognizes SET 7/9.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:2000; Recombinant SET7/9 was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with S1012-23. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a ECL detection system. Flow Cytometry: 2-5ug/10e6 cells Jurkat cell Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry: 1:100 HeLa Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Supplied in PBS, pH 7.4, 10% glycerol, 0.02% sodium azide
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
