  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

Human C1 esterase inhibitor.
C1 Esterase Inhibitor. In immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony) against fresh normal human plasma a single precipitin line is obtained which shows a reaction of identity with the precipitin line obtained with purified C1 esterase inhibitor. No reaction is obtained with any other plasma protein component or serum. Does not crossreact with any other component of human plasma.
Immunoelectrophoresis: 120 ul against 2 ul human plasma or equivalent. Double Radial Immunodiffusion: Use a rosette arrangement with 10 ul in 3 mm diameter center well and 2ul plasma samples (neat and serially diluted) in 2mm diameter peripheral wells.

1,000 µl Sterile distilled water
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.

About SERPING1 / C1 Inhibitor

P05155 NM_000062 NP_000053.2

SERPING1 Antibody, C1-inhibiting factor Antibody, C1IN Antibody, C1 Inh Antibody, C1-INH Antibody, C1INH Antibody, C1NH Antibody, C1 Inhibitor Antibody, HAE1 Antibody, HAE2 Antibody, Plasma protease C1 inhibitor Antibody, C1 esterase inhibitor Antibody, Serpin G1 Antibody

Activation of the C1 complex is under control of the C1-inhibitor. It forms a proteolytically inactive stoichiometric complex with the C1r or C1s proteases. May play a potentially crucial role in regulating important physiological pathways including complement activation, blood coagulation, fibrinolysis and the generation of kinins. Very efficient inhibitor of FXIIa. Inhibits chymotrypsin and kallikrein.
