Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western Blot: Approx 65kD band observed in Human Liver lysates (calculated MW of 50.7kD according to NP_057270.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Han et al, jBlood. 2000 Nov 1;96(9):3049-55; PMID: 11049983). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5 ug/ml.
