Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone 15H10] (IgG1) to Human SERPINA1 / Alpha 1 Antitrypsin

Specificity and Use
Highly purified porcine a1-antitrypsin isolated from pooled normal plasma
Porcine a1-antitrypsin. In immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony) against fresh normal porcine plasma a single precipitin line is obtained which shows a reaction of identity with the precipitin line obtained with purified a1-antitrypsin. No reaction is obtained with any other plasma protein component or serum.
1,000 µl Sterile distilled water
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
Inhibitor of serine proteases. Its primary target is elastase, but it also has a moderate affinity for plasmin and thrombin. Irreversibly inhibits trypsin, chymotrypsin and plasminogen activator. The aberrant form inhibits insulin-induced NO synthesis in platelets, decreases coagulation time and has proteolytic activity against insulin and plasmin.Short peptide from AAT: reversible chymotrypsin inhibitor. It also inhibits elastase, but not trypsin.
