Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Recognizes serotonin. Does not cross-react with other monoamines such as various tryptamine-derivatives or catecholamines such as dopamine, noradrenaline or adrenaline.
Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Immunocytochemistry: 1:500 for Immunofluorescence or 1:1500 for peroxidase, anti-peroxidase. Incubate overnight at 4°C. Dilute in 0.1 M Tris-HCl buffer, pH 7.4, 0.1% Triton X-100. Fixation with 4% para-formaldehyde, 0.1 M phosphate buffer, pH 7.4 is recommended. Do not use acetone or methanol fixation. Sections should be thawed briefly 1-3 minutes.
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
