Specificity and Use
NS0-derived rhSemaphorin 3E.
Recognizes human Semaphorin 3E in direct ELISAs and Western Blots. In Western Blots, this antibody shows less than 10% cross-reactivity with rhSemaphorin 3A, -3B, -6A, -6B, -6C, -6D, -7A, rmSemaphorin 3C, -3E, -3F.
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml Detection limit is ~13 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml Detection limit is ~10 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
