Human platelets.
Specificity
Recognizes CD62, an integral membrane sialoglycoprotein 140kD. Expressed in platelet alpha granules that are translocated to the platelet surface upon activation with strong agonists. Does not interfere with the functional activity of CD62 as an adhesion receptor for neutrophils.
Applications
- Flow Cytometry
Usage
Suitable for use in Flow cytometry: 1 ug labels 1x10^6 cells. Fix cells or platelets with 1% paraformaldehyde, wash and adjust to ~108 ml for further incubations. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
