Usage
ELISA. Flow Cytometry. Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections (0.5-2 ug/ml)). Functional Application: Inhibits binding of neutrophils and HL-60 cells to E-selectin expressing cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Storage
Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
