Specificity
Recognizes rat Epithelial Sodium Channel gamma (ENaC gamma). The immunogen shows no significant sequence homology with other ENaC subunits. Species cross-reactivity: Rat. The immunogen sequence is 100% conserved in mouse, 91% in human, 73% in rabbit.
Applications
- Western blot (1 - 10 µg/ml)
- ELISA (1:10000 - 1:100000)
Usage
Western blot: 1-10 ug/ml using ECL. Immunohistochemistry: not tested. It is recommended that the antibody be tried at 2-20 ug/ml on paraformaldehyde fixed tissue. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng control peptide per well.
