  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About SART1

O43290 NM_005146 NP_005137.1

SART1 Antibody, Ara1 Antibody, Allergen Hom s 1 Antibody, HOMS1 Antibody, HSnu66 Antibody, IgE autoantigen Antibody, SART-1 Antibody, Snu66 Antibody, SNRNP110 Antibody, SNU66 homolog Antibody, SART1(800) protein Antibody, SART1259 Antibody, HSART-1 Antibody, SART1(259) protein Antibody

SART1 is two proteins, the SART1(800) protein expressed in the nucleus of the majority of proliferating cells, and the SART1(259) protein expressed in the cytosol of epithelial cancers. The SART1(259) protein is translated by the mechanism of -1 frameshifting during posttranscriptional regulation; its full-length sequence is not published yet. The two encoded proteins are thought to be involved in the regulation of proliferation. Both proteins have tumor-rejection antigens.
