Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal (IgG2a) to SARS Coronavirus SARS N Protein
Immunofluorescence, Western blot, ELISA
SARS Coronavirus SARS N Protein
SARS Coronavirus (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein A purified
Immunofluorescence (1 - 5 µg/ml)
Western blot (1 - 5 µg/ml)
ELISA (0.1 - 2 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
SARS N Protein antibody was raised against recombinant SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome) nucleoprotein.
Recognizes the human SARS-CoV nucleoprotein. On Western blots, it identifies the target band at ~50kD. Does not cross-react with the nucleoprotein of 229E-CoV or DC43-CoV. Reactivity has also been confirmed with SARS infected MDCK cells by immunofluorescence.
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and ELISA. Immunofluorescence: 1-5 ug/ml. Western Blot: 1-5 ug/ml. ELISA: 0.1-2 ug/ml.
