Salmonella antibody was raised against heat-inactivated, mixture of Salmonella serogroups A, B, C1, C2, and D.
Specific for common LPS core of all Salmonella tested. Positive for all Salmonella O-serogroups tested: A, B, C1, C2, D, E1, E3, E4, F, G1, G2. Negative against related bacteria: E. coli (mix), Klebsiella, Citrobacter, Pseudomonas, Yersinia, Shigella, Proteus and Legionella.
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and ELISA.
