Usage
Suitable for detection of psoriasin/HID-5 protein by western blotting or by immunohistochemistry of cell or tissue sections. Confluent MCF10A cells can be used as positive control in western blotting, and a protein of approximate molecular weight of 11kD is detected. Western blot analysis of Psoriasin/HID-5 in confluent MCF10A cells using antibody. Immunohistochemical analysis of Psoriasin/HID-5 expression in ductal carcinoma in situ. Shown are successive sections of H&E staining a control monoclonal antibody. Western blot: 1 ug/ml.
