Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:2000-1:5000 (ECL). ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of S100 Protein, beta/well. In ELISA, antibody reactivity is independent of Ca-ion. Immunohistochemistry & Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:100 in indirect staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded tissue section. Positive control: Western Blot: S0052-11J and S0052-15G.
