Description
GPR135 (RXFP3) is the receptor for RLN3/relaxin-3. Relaxin-3 is a member of a family of insulin-like hormones expressed in the brain and play roles in memory, stress, and appetite regulation. Binding of the ligand inhibits cAMP accumulation. It is expressed in tissues such as the adrenal, pituitary, pancreas, and regions of the brain.
