Specificity
Recognizes human Neurite Outgrowth Inhibitor Protein ABC (NogoABC). The immunogen peptide is within the 25 amino acid region identified for the inhibition of neurite outgrowth. No significant sequence homology with other known proteins. Species cross-reactivity: Human. Species sequence Homology: rat: 92% Nogo or rat foocen-m1.2 protein.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Western Blot (ECL): 1-10 ug/ml. Calculated MW: ~135kD. Reported MW for full length NogoA: ~180kD. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000. Using 50-100 ng control peptide per well.
