A 16 AA synthetic peptide near the N-Terminus of human RSPO1. The immunogen is located within the first 50 AA of RSPO1.
Specificity
At least three isoforms of RSPO1 are known to exist; this antibody will detect the largest and smallest isoforms. RSPO1 antibody will not cross-react with other RSPO family members.

Usage
RSPO1 antibody can be used for detection of RSPO1 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 5 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 20, 29 kDa Observed: 26 kDa
