Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset, Mouse, Rat, Goat, Hamster, Elephant, Panda, Dog, Bat, Bovine, Horse, Rabbit, Pig, Opossum, Turkey, Chicken, Platypus (100%); Xenopus (93%); Stickleback, Zebrafish (87%).

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 0.5-2.0 ug/ml detected S6 Kinase in RIPA lysates from mouse 3T3 cells. Additional bands above 64kD may be observed at higher concentrations of the antibody. Previous lots detected S6 Kinase in RIPA lysates from human A431 and rat L6 cells. 3T3 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-p70 S6 kinase (1 ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: Not recommended.
